As a Certified Residential Appraiser, I have the comprehensive training and credentials to give you the type of credible residential  property value opinions that banks and major lending institutions require for real estate loans. With over 25 years of work in the field behind me, I am VA & FHA approved and prepared to handle a variety of property types.
